Sun Property Services Ltd is a New Zealand owned and operated painting company. We are vastly experienced in the painting industry and operate in the Auckland area. Our talented and professional team can deliver even the largest projects to the highest quality that our clients deserve. Our knowledge and expertise of the local market will ensure that our clients receive the best service from us.
Sun Painter has been growing over the past few years. In 2022 we delivered the interior and exterior painting of more than 800 residential units, and another astonishing 600 units were completed in 2023. In 2025, we focused on re-painting works to schools, apartments, and high-end residential houses.

Our Services
Sun Painters have a large portfolio of completed high quality commercial projects, with many projects operating on live sites. Therse includes school buildings, high end residential properties, logistic centers, health clubs, hotels, and re-painting works to historical buildings with character features. We deliver for both new build and renovation projects, in doing so, we work with and provide services to local Main contractors and interior fit-out contractors, such as Cook Brothers, Global Linings, Complete Construction, Mikegreer homes, Format, Body Corp and so on.

Jason Sun has twenty years in the local painting industry, including senior roles in managerial, technical, customer facing, and operational positions. Jason is able to deliver high quality work and give expert advise that is high valued in the property maintenance field. He is punctual, friendly, helpful, and has the strong ability to execute and carry out a project.
